O Que Fazemos Nas Sombras estrela Matt Berry (The I.T. Crowd) como Laszlo, Kayvan Novak (Thunderbirds Are Go) como Nandor, Harvey Guillen (Eye Candy) como Guillermo, e Natasia Demetriou (Stath Lets Flats) como Nadja.
Além disso, aparições de Doug Jones, Beanie Feldstein e Craig Burnatowski também foram confirmadas.
