O elenco inclui Cate Blanchett como Lilith, Kevin Hart como Roland, Jamie Lee Curtis como Dra. Tannis, Ariana Greenblatt como Tiny Tina, e Jack Black como Claptrap.
Craig Mazin, de ‘Chernobyl‘, é responsável pelo roteiro, enquanto Eli Roth (O Albergue) assume a direção.
