Além de Simu Liu como Shang-Chi e Tony Leung como Mandarim, também teremos Awkwafina como Katy, Meng’er Zhang como Xialing, Michelle Yeoh como Jiang Nan, Ronny Chieng como Jon Jon, Fala Chen como Jiang Li, e Florian Munteanu como Punho de Lâmina.
